At Middle Fork Farm, we are dedicated to cultivating a deeper connection between people and the natural world by growing native perennial plants and food crops that support biodiversity, restore ecosystems, and create more resilient landscapes and communities.

Located along the Middle Fork of the Zumbro River near Rochester, Minnesota, our land encompasses ever-changing prairies, cool forested bottomlands, oak savanna, and vibrant freshwater wetlands. These places inspire a deep sense of wonder, driving our commitment to conservation through the propagation of native plants and the practice of regenerative farming. By working in harmony with nature, we grow delicious, nutrient-rich vegetables while nurturing the land for future generations.

Through our efforts, we hope our customers will be able to experience some of the beauty and abundance that we are fortunate to enjoy every day.

You can find our native plants, herbs, and garlic most Saturday mornings in the spring and fall at the Rochester Farmers’ Market and we will be at the Minnesota Garlic Festival on August 9, 2025 in Hutchinson, Minnesota.

We host an annual Native Plant Sale on our farm every spring. Online ordering for native plants is usually available starting in February.
